Age 64 of West St. Paul, passed away unexpectedly on September 22, 2021.  He is preceded in death by his parents Byron and Elizabeth and sister Jane Whaley.  Scott is survived by his children Danielle, Christina and Jack (Kristine); grandchildren Lane, Emma and Avery; sister Kathy Lorinser and extended family. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 am, Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 1405 Sibley Memorial Hwy., Mendota Heights.  Visitation will be Monday, September 27, 2021 from 4-7 pm at Kok Funeral Home, 7676 – 80th Street S., Cottage Grove, as well as one hour prior at the church.  Interment Acacia Park Cemetery.
