My husband and I traveled to Galena, IL and fell in love with the area. We have been here 6 years now - enjoying the simple life! We live in an 1820 Miner's cottage with a barn. I just retired from working as Visitor Service Rep. for our Historical Society. I keep busy with jewelry design, swimming and talks about tea. When you are in Galena - stop by and I'll put the kettle on !!
